Our Tested Brewing Guide:
Our team tested these sachets extensively to ensure the easiest, most flavorful extraction. You don’t need a fancy gooseneck kettle—just standard hot water will do.
- Tear and Anchor: 30 seconds.
Tear open the sachet along the dotted line.
Pull the paper side anchors out and slip them firmly over the rims of your favorite mug. - The Bloom: 30 seconds.
Gently pour just enough hot water (ideally around 90°C–93°C, or a minute off the boil) to wet the coffee grounds.
Let it sit for 30 seconds to “bloom” and release its rich aromas. - The Fill: 2 minutes.
Slowly fill the filter bag to the top 2 to 3 times, allowing the water to drain through completely between pours.
Stop once you’ve brewed about 180ml to 200ml of coffee. - Dispose and Enjoy: 10 seconds.
Carefully remove the used filter anchors from your mug and dispose of the bag.
Drink it black to appreciate the subtle fig sweetness, or add a splash of warm milk for a classic comforting cup.
