Our Serving & Pairing Recommendations:
Because of its delicate botanical notes, serving temperature and pairings play a huge role in unlocking this can’s full potential.
Curator’s Tested Serving Tips:
Ice-Cold Serve: Keep it thoroughly chilled in your fridge. **Curator’s Tip:** Pour over a glass filled with clean ice cubes and garnish with a thin slice of lemon or a sprig of fresh mint to emphasize its crisp elderflower aromatics.
The Confectionery Pair: The floral sweetness and clean finish make it a brilliant match for light bakes—pairing beautifully with vanilla tea cakes, lemon tarts, shortbreads, and mava cakes.
Curator’s Note: If you enjoy botanical spritzers or light, aromatic iced teas, this elderflower infusion offers a wonderfully sophisticated alternative that still delivers the smooth punch of specialty Arabica.
When exploring botanical and fruit-infused coffees for our collection, we wanted an option that felt truly elevated rather than gimmick-y. Infusing cold brew with floral profiles requires an exceptionally delicate touch—too heavy, and it overpowers the coffee; too light, and it gets lost. When we tested Blue Tokai’s Elderflower Cold Brew Can, we were thoroughly impressed by its subtle, botanical precision.
Brewed by slow-steeping 100% specialty grade Arabica beans for 18 hours, this cold brew is blended with elderflower syrup to create a uniquely aromatic, highly refreshing cup. During our evaluation, our tasting panel loved its gentle sweetness and crisp, floral top notes that sit effortlessly on top of a low-bitterness, balanced-acidity coffee base. We curated this single 250ml can as an elegant, light-bodied alternative for sunny afternoons, outdoor gatherings, or whenever you want a sophisticated twist on classic iced coffee.
We find the best. You brew the rest.
